Planting Event Is On For 2pm Today!

6 May
Want to sow some arugula seeds this afternoon?
Come down to the garden (behind 195 Adams Street, inside the Children’s Play Area,) at 2pm.  All residents are invited to help plant seeds, transplant flowers, basil and other herbs. Depending on the turnout, we may even find + flag dandelions for weeding. Family-friendly fun!
Please tell us if you think you will come by sending a message to cvearthlab@gmail.com.

If you have seedlings from the seed-starting event in Feb, you may want to bring fast-growing tomatoes or other plants to “step them up” to larger pots.  Leftover organic soil from the seed-starting event is in the garden — bring your own pot — you’ll bring it back home after transplanting the plant.

In case of heavy rain, we’ll move the activities to Sunday May 7th at 4pm.  Learn more about the CVEarthlab.com, the garden located in the children’s play area behind 195 Adams St at cvearthlab.com   Thanks!
