Unless it is raining heavily, we’ll hold more planting activities today at 4pm. Join CVEarthlab gardeners in the garden (located inside the Children’s Play Area, behind 195
Adams St.) to transplant marigolds and other flowers and do light weeding.
There may be drizzle, but that’s a great condition for transplanting and pulling up weeds! Event will last about one hour, from 4pm to 5pm.
If you have seedlings from February’s seed-starting event, you may want to bring fast-growing tomatoes or other plants to “step them up” to larger pots. Leftover organic soil from the seed-starting event is in the garden — bring your own pot — you’ll bring it back home after transplanting the plant.
