Nearly 50 people came out Saturday evening to celebrate the harvest from the 2017 season. We shared dozens of dishes incorporating tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, and herbs from the garden, including frittatas, noodles, salads as well as salsas, spreads, and more.
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of these and other Concord Village residents, we raised over $400. for the 2018 garden season. In addition, we harvested at least as many sunflower seeds as dollars from the giant flowers grown on CV grounds.
