27 Aug

The jalapenos are starting to mature!
You’ll find the hot peppers  growing in the standing raised bed behind 225 Adams (near the 270 Jay backdoor bench).

Harvesting Reminders

Herbs and fruit in this “free” standing bed, and the standing bed outside the children’s play area fence, are available for all residents to sample.
While donations are not required for samples, we hope you’ll consider joining CVEarthlab or making a financial donation if you or your family samples more than once a year.

What Is CVEarthlab?

CVEarthlab is the self-funded, community garden at CV. Members grow edible organic plants in the raised beds inside the children’s play area behind 195 Adams St.

Join Us 9.29 at the Annual Harvest Potluck + Fundraiser

On Saturday, Sept 29, from 4:30 to 6pm, we’ll celebrate the 2017-2018 season with a Harvest Potluck and Fundraiser in the play area. All residents are invited to bring a garden-inspired dish to share. Go to CVEarthlab.com or contact cvearthlab@gmail.com for membership details or more information.

Exciting Donation News: We’re On Venmo!

As of August, we can accept electronic donations via Venmo (we still accept checks made to CVOI left in the office.) To pay membership fees or donate via Venmo, please use Shari Rueckl’s username: @misssha   Thank you!
